Thường y chỉ duyên – do y chỉ vào tín Dục giới mà bố thí, thọ trì giới, thực hành uposatha, làm phát sanh minh sát, làm phát sanh ngã mạn, chấp thủ tà kiến; do y chỉ vào giới Dục giới…v.v… tuệ… tham…v.v… ước muốn… lạc thân…v.v… trú xứ mà bố thí, giới…v.v… uposatha…v.v… làm phát sanh minh sát, sát sanh…v.v… làm chia rẽ Tăng.
Parittā saddhā…pe… paññā, rāgo…pe… patthanā, kāyikaṃ sukhaṃ…pe… senāsanaṃ parittāya saddhāya…pe… paññāya, rāgassa…pe… patthanāya, kāyikassa sukhassa, kāyikassa dukkhassa upanissayapaccayena paccayo.

Tín Dục giới…v.v… tuệ, tham…v.v… ước muốn, lạc thân…v.v… trú xứ là duyên cho tín Dục giới…v.v… tuệ, cho tham…v.v… ước muốn, cho lạc thân, cho khổ thân theo năng lực y chỉ duyên.
Kusalākusalaṃ kammaṃ vipākassa upanissayapaccayena paccayo.
Wholesome and unwholesome kamma are a condition for resultant phenomena (vipāka) by way of the proximate condition.
Nghiệp thiện và bất thiện là duyên cho quả theo năng lực y chỉ duyên.
