For those without eyes but with ears who are arising, the faculty of eye does not arise there for them, but the faculty of ear does arise there for them.

For those without the eye faculty, associated with knowledge, being reborn: for them, there, the eye faculty does not arise, but for them, there, the wisdom faculty does arise.
