The bhikkhu confessing an offense should say: “Venerable Sir, I have incurred many offenses of various kinds; I confess them to you.” When the bhikkhu receiving the confession asks: “Friend, do you see those offenses?” he should reply: “Yes, Venerable Sir, I see them.” Then, when the bhikkhu receiving the confession says: “Friend, you should restrain yourself in the future,” he should say three times: “Very well, Venerable Sir, I will restrain myself,” and then confess the offense.

124. In the case of three bhikkhus, having established the ñatti, "Venerables, listen to my words. Today is the Uposatha, the fifteenth day. If it is suitable for the Venerables, we shall perform the pārisuddhi-uposatha for one another," the pārisuddhi-uposatha should be performed in the manner stated, in order of seniority.

Speak to me, Venerables, out of compassion; seeing it, I will rectify it."
Nếu có hơn bốn vị, sau khi thiết lập túc số (ñatti) rằng: “Xin Tăng chúng lắng nghe tôi, hôm nay là ngày Pavāraṇā rằm. Navakehipi tatheva paṭipāṭiyā ‘‘saṅghaṃ, bhante, pavāremi diṭṭhena vā sutena vā parisaṅkāya vā, vadantu maṃ āyasmanto anukampaṃ upādāya, passanto paṭikarissāmī’’ti tikkhattuṃ vatvā pavāretabbaṃ.
The junior bhikkhus should also perform Pavāraṇā in the same way, in order of seniority, saying three times, "Bhante, I invite the Saṅgha regarding what has been seen, heard, or suspected. Speak to me, Venerables, out of compassion; seeing it, I will rectify it."
Các Tỳ-khưu trẻ cũng phải tác Pavāraṇā theo thứ tự như vậy, ba lần bằng cách nói: “Bạch Đại đức, con tác Pavāraṇā cho Tăng chúng về điều đã thấy, đã nghe, hoặc đã nghi ngờ. Xin các Đại đức vì lòng từ bi mà nói cho con biết, nếu thấy có lỗi con sẽ sửa chữa.”
