Avatthāvato+vatthantarenā+bhūtassa tāyā+vatthāya bhāve karā+sa+bhūhi sambandhe sati vikāravācakācī hoti.
When there is a transformation of something not existing into that state, and it is connected with the roots kar, as, or bhū, the affix cī occurs from the word indicating the transformation.

Those with various mothers are vimātaro (a determinative compound); their sons are vemātikā. Due to the affix rikaṇa having the anubandha ra, when augmentation occurs at its elision, it becomes vemātikā.
