1. There are six designations: the designation of aggregates (khandha-paññatti), the designation of sense bases (āyatana-paññatti), the designation of elements (dhātu-paññatti), the designation of truths (sacca-paññatti), the designation of faculties (indriya-paññatti), and the designation of persons (puggala-paññatti).

Yāvatā pañcakkhandhā – rūpakkhandho, vedanākkhandho, saññākkhandho, saṅkhārakkhandho, viññāṇakkhandho; ettāvatā khandhānaṃ khandhapaññatti.
As far as the five aggregates: the aggregate of form (rūpakkhandho), the aggregate of feeling (vedanākkhandho), the aggregate of perception (saññākkhandho), the aggregate of mental formations (saṅkhārakkhandho), the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandho); to that extent is the designation of aggregates for aggregates.

As far as the four truths: the truth of suffering, the truth of the origin of suffering, the truth of the cessation of suffering, the truth of the path to the cessation of suffering; to that extent is the designation of truths for truths.
